I moved to a new high school this year, and even though I've almost been hear for a year now, I'm having trouble making friends. I feel like I don't fit in with my peers and I'm feeling really lonely. I don't know what to do to make friends or how to fit in better.

It can be helpful to start small when it comes to making new friends. Strike up a conversation with someone in your class or invite a classmate to study with you. You never know, it could be the beginning of a great friendship!
Sometimes it can be hard to connect with new people, but don't give up! Keep putting yourself out there and trying new things, and you'll eventually find the right group of friends for you.
Joining clubs or extracurricular activities that interest you can be a great way to meet like-minded people and make new friends. You might find that you have more in common with others than you think!
Try sitting with new people at lunch or participating in group projects to expand your social circle.
Remember that quality over quantity is key. Focus on forming deep connections with a few individuals rather than trying to fit in with everyone.
