I just got out of a toxic relationship, and I'm having a hard time moving on. I know the person was bad for me, but I keep thinking about the good times we had and wondering if I made the right decision. How do I let go and move on? I feel like I'm constantly reliving the breakup and analyzing every interaction we had. I know I need to move on, but I'm not sure how to do that without feeling like I'm erasing an important part of my life.

I know it can be hard to leave a toxic relationship, but it's important to prioritize your own well-being and safety. One thing that helped me was making a list of all the reasons why I needed to leave - whether it was the emotional abuse, the gaslighting, or the manipulation. Seeing it all written out in front of me made it easier to stay strong and not give in to my ex's attempts to keep me in the relationship. Remember that you deserve to be happy and healthy, and there's nothing wrong with putting yourself first.
