I have a presentation coming up in one of my classes that I'm really nervous about. I've always struggled with public speaking and I'm worried that I'll mess up and embarrass myself in front of the entire class. I've tried practicing and preparing as much as I can, but I still can't shake this feeling of dread. Any tips on how to overcome anxiety when giving a presentation? I could really use some help!

Remember, everyone makes mistakes, it's not the end of the world if you do. Just think of it as a learning experience!
I know it's easier said than done, but try to reframe your thinking. Instead of focusing on the possibility of messing up, focus on the value of the content you're presenting. You have important things to say!
Good luck!
I would recommend practicing in front of your parents, or anybody that you feel most comfortable with first. And then on the actual day of the presentation, pretend you are presenting to the same, comfortable people you had practiced with!
