I'm facing my worst nightmare: a group project with a public presentation. I'm an introvert and the thought of standing up in front of my classmates has my heart racing. Can anyone share their experiences or tips on how to tackle this challenge without freezing up on stage?

Try to focus on the content of your presentation rather than on the audience. It's easier to stay calm when you're just concentrating on delivering the information you've prepared.
Deep breaths! Remember that everyone gets nervous, and your classmates are more focused on their own presentations than on yours. Just take your time and try to make eye contact with friendly faces in the audience.
I used to have terrible stage fright too. One thing that helped me was practicing my presentation in front of a mirror or recording myself. It might feel awkward, but it'll help you feel more prepared and confident on the big day.
