I'm too shy to speak up in class and it's starting to impact my grades. Any advice on how to overcome my fear? I've always been a quiet person, but now that I'm in high school, I'm realizing how important it is to speak up and participate in class. I want to do well in school, but I'm too afraid to ask questions or share my ideas. I know that practice makes perfect, but I don't want to embarrass myself in front of my classmates.

Speaking up in class can be intimidating, but remember that your thoughts and opinions matter. Don't be afraid to share them!
