I'm a sophomore in college and I'm feeling really overwhelmed by the academic demands and expectations of my professors. I'm taking a lot of challenging courses this semester and I'm struggling to keep up with the workload. I feel like I'm constantly studying and working on assignments, but I still can't seem to get ahead. I'm also feeling a lot of pressure to perform well and maintain a high GPA. Does anyone have any advice on how to manage the academic workload and meet the expectations of professors?

It might be worth talking to your professors about any resources or support they can offer, such as study groups or extra office hours. Remember to also take care of your mental health and take breaks when you need them!
I would suggest breaking up your work into pieces so that you don't feel as overwhelmed!
Make sure to not be so hard on yourself. Sometimes taking the pressure off yourself can be helpful
