I've been feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to do well in school. I've always been a straight-A student, but lately, the constant demands of coursework, exams, and assignments have been taking a toll on me. I feel like I have to be perfect all the time, and any mistake could ruin my GPA or hurt my chances of getting into grad school or landing a good job. I'm doing well so far, but I'm afraid that I'll burn out if I don't find a way to manage my stress. I've tried talking to my parents and friends about it, but they don't really understand the pressure I'm under. They just tell me to keep working hard and that everything will work out in the end, but it's not that simple. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with stress and the pressure to excel in school?

I hope you feel better!
Celebrate your successes! Remember to take time to acknowledge your achievements, no matter how small they may seem to help build your confidence and make sure that you stay healthy mentally.
My advice would be to focus on yourself. No matter what other people say, at the end of the day your mental health is what's most important, and you shouldn't sacrifice it.
