I've been studying non-stop for the past few weeks, and I can feel my energy and motivation starting to dip. I know I need to take a break, but I'm worried that I'll fall behind or that I'm not being productive enough. How do I unwind and recharge without feeling guilty or like I'm wasting time?

It sounds like you're really dedicated to your studies, which is great, but don't forget to celebrate your successes along the way! Whether it's getting a good grade on a test or finishing a difficult project, take a moment to acknowledge your hard work and give yourself a pat on the back. It can be really motivating to see the progress you're making.
Have you considered studying with a group or finding a study partner? Sometimes having someone to bounce ideas off of or explain concepts to can make the material feel more manageable. Plus, it's a great way to stay motivated and hold each other accountable.
I completely understand what you're going through. I often feel like I have to sacrifice my social life and mental health in order to keep up with my studies. Something that helped me was setting aside time for self-care each week, whether that meant going for a walk, watching a movie, or just taking a nap. It can be hard to give yourself permission to take a break, but I found that I was actually more productive and focused when I did.
